The BIP platform and the products built on it are a certified solution with data within the national contour, created by a Belarusian rights holder on an open stack.
The platform is built by the method of "adaptation and assembly on the basis of open-source software by a Belarusian rights holder" — the path for creating domestic software recommended by Concept No. 1074 (paras. 31, 33).
The "Digital Belarus" state program for 2026–2030 (Council of Ministers Resolution No. 793 of 30.12.2025) sets the task of forming an import-independent software ecosystem. BIP operates within this framework: control over data and the ability to modify independently without external permission.
Data processing and storage are governed by national law, with no cross-border transfer.
Priority in public procurement, access to support measures, a reputational effect with government customers, and simplified access to EAEU markets.
A Belarusian rights holder, development on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, information-security certification — the basic requirements are already met.
The user and administrator interface and the documentation are available in Belarusian — a mandatory condition for inclusion in the registry.
To be confirmed. The current position of the platform and products in the registry will be indicated after confirmation.
A "digital asset store": distributions of base and system software. BIP's participation status — to be confirmed.
Independent software assembly based on open languages, autonomy from foreign development environments. Status — to be confirmed.
Readiness to take part in pilots and "customer–developer" dialogue sessions. Status — to be confirmed.
A public catalogue of digital projects — the link will be added after confirmation.
Solutions on the BIP platform have repeatedly passed OAC certification. When connecting to an already certified solution, the organization's own certification may not be required.
Parallel replication to two distributed data centers, a 15-minute preservation guarantee, and autonomous operation of modules.
